I have long been a Yanni fan, since I was 15 to be exact. But tonight I heard your music for the first time on cable "soundscapes." WONDERFUL!!! There are musicians in this world that are meant to sooth the soul, and you most definatly are one! I quickly went to the internet to find out more about you and your music. Please consider me your newest and biggest fan! The work I have seen here that you are doing for our National Parks is wonderful, the music is out of this world and I can not wait to bring your music into my home! BRAVO! I am going to try and get the Great Smokie Mountains CD first, as that is where I am from. Again, my soul thanks you! Very Happy

I wanted to let you know that I have been sharing your web site with all my family and friends today, it has really been uplifting in hard times right now. Everyone has had such wonderful things to say! I would like to thank you for taking time to reply to your fans, I think its great!
I would like to ask you a few questions. The first, will we be seeing you in our area anytime soon? I would love to attend a concert! Next, I did see that you have performed with many artist I know and also appreciate, but I was wondering if we might see some music done with Enya? I think that would be FANTASTIC! And last but not least, your BIO has a lot to say about your musical career, but what about your personal life? Are you married, do you have children? Besides music, and nature, what are your hobbies?
I know the whole "adoring" fan club may be bothersome at times, but its always interesting to find out about someone else's life, especially someone with such tallent!

I am really glad my music is such an inspiration to you and your family. My goal through music is to inspire and uplift. We live in such a beautiful world - it is very easy for most to forget this basic fact!

I will be on "Good Morning Arizona" in AZ next Tuesday and then doing several Borders Books and Music in stores in the area the same day. There are also some performances coming up in LA that will be posted on the nicholasgunn.com and geminisunrecords.com web sites soon. Unfortunatley, I have no plans to play in TN presently - maybe soon?

I try not to discuss my personal life to much - It is a great question, but I have learned over the years that there are certain aspects of my life I would rather keep private - or at least as much as I can. I hope you understand!

If you are new to the Nicholas Gunn experience, you must try to get your hands on The Sacred Fire. It was my first experience with Nicholas Gunn's music. Of course I love all of his music; however, I must admit, I am a sucker for The Sacred Fire. I dont know what there is about that CD but I have never gotten tired of listening to any of the pieces. And as a perk (no disrespect to the artist) he is such a hottie on the cover. Love that long hair look. Of course, the well groomed look works too. (s) Lets face it girls, a nice looking guy playing beautiful soul touching music...can we say, "Oh my!"

Okay, okay, back to the topic at hand. I believe The Sacred Fire was released in 1994. The CD I have has a cardboard cover. I guess it maybe different now? I whole heartedly give my seal of approval to the purchase of The Sacred Fire.

I agree with you about "Sacred Fire." I have all of the recordings, including the recent DVD, and enjoy listening to all of them. But "Sacred Fire" is still the one I go to when I really need a spiritual uplift. My other favorite is "Breathe."
